It was an honor to be selected to be the sole Real Estate advisor to this international client on the sale of her spectacular 910 Fifth Avenue co-op apartment in New York.

I did due diligence and interviewed three top brokers from three leading New York real estate firms. The three brokers very much wanted the business although their execution approaches were very different.
