A major international client asked me to sell this beautiful home in Pebble Beach and I took on the assignment with genuine gusto. Having visited the house I interviewed three top Pebble Beach brokers and appointed Kim DiBenedetto from Coldwell Banker.

Originally designed by Robert Farquhar and brought back to life by famed international designer Juan Pablo Molyneux, this beautiful home has undergone an amazing transformation. Featured in Architectural Digest in August 2014, the eclectic mix of styles relates to its 1920’s Spanish Colonial heritage. No attention to detail or expense has been spared. Owning this iconic estate is like owning a piece of history at its best.

The main residence features 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, 5 fireplaces, library, office, fitness room, media room and ocean views from Carmel Beach to the Fish Ranch and Stillwater Cove. Hand crafted by artisans from France, you will be amazed by the hand painted tile murals, inlay bleached walnut and maple floors, hand painted beam ceilings and marble accents. The 17th Century French mantle finishes off the living room with just the right panache.

The added Gallery and Loggia above provide a bridge from the hand carved library to the master suite while allowing one to take in the Pacific Ocean and Stillwater Cove.

Sitting on a bluff above the ocean and Lodge at Pebble Beach, this storied estate awaits its next owner.
